All dishes in our restaurant are carefully home and hand-made and prepared for the moment.
The menus are designed with products of the season: in spring we recommend pike with sauce, ravioli with asparagus and herbs of the season, roast beef with celery and parmesan or baked goat roast. In autumn we offer porcini, chanterelles and game dishes.
The famous "Tortellini di Valeggio“, stuffed with braised meat or with "ricotta" cheese and herbs and in autumn with pumpkin, mustard and macaroons.
Our desserts are homemade as well: delicious fruit in syrup, „Pannacotta“ with fruits of the forest, excellent cakes with homemade jams and the traditional “amaretto parfait”. The wine list is varied and offers the best local and national wines.
